Once you have chosen your kitten, we ask for a £195 non-refundable deposit (this would be refunded in the event any health issue being identified).
You will also be provided with a copy of our Sale Agreement which you can review prior to collection, and sign alongside ourselves on the day you collect your new kitten.
We will provide you with an estimated re-home date, however this is subject to vet appointment availability. As per the GCCF guidelines, your kitten will be ready to leave a week after their final vaccination at approximately 12-13 weeks old.

Client to agree to:
1. To undertake to keep the kitten as a household pet only.
2. Not under any circumstances whatsoever to use the kitten for breeding or allow
the kitten to breed with any other cat of the same or a different species, neither
will the Purchaser allow any such use to be made of the kitten by any other party.
3. If for any reason it becomes necessary for the Purchaser to transfer the property
in the kitten to a third party the Purchaser undertakes to obtain from the third
party a covenant in similar terms to those contained herein.
4. That the kitten will be neutered by a Veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner, before
attaining the age of twelve months. The Purchaser will produce to the Vendor a Certificate from the Veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner stating that this has been
carried out, upon request.
5. To seek Veterinary Care for the kitten upon presentation of any ailments to ensure
the kitten remains in good health.
6. Acknowledge that any Veterinary Care costs are the responsibility of the
Purchaser once the kitten has left the Vendor’s care. The Purchaser will ensure there
is no gap in insurance cover after the 5 weeks insurance arranged by the Vendor
expires, as Veterinary Care costs or the original purchase price cannot be recovered
from the Vendor regardless of cause. This includes but is not limited to illnesses such
as Feline Infectious Peritonitis and Feline Leukaemia. We strongly recommend.
obtaining comprehensive veterinary insurance for at least two years.
7. In the event of these covenants being breached the Vendor shall have the right to
repossess legally the kitten and to be reimbursed by the Purchaser the reasonable
cost of such repossession and the keeping of such kitten for a period of up to two
months after repossession. Such costs to include Veterinary examination and fees.

Cats cannot be automatically returned to the breeder if the purchaser changes their mind after re-homing. Please do however contact the breeder who will be happy to assist with finding an alternative suitable home.

It is not sold to any outside individuals. It is used only to follow out any service you selected during the website process or relating to the above organisations.

The information collected during the checkout process is stored on my website server. The Bournepaws website is hosted through Wix.com. You can find their privacy policies relating to your stored data on their website.

​I only print any documents with your information present relating to contracts and they are never reproduced. I use names and order numbers in my order and accounting books.
